MISSION
ANPPCAN Ethiopia Chapter strives towards the prevention of child maltreatment and protection of children against abuse, neglect and exploitation through advocacy, development of information system on Child Rights, increasing public awareness, encouraging child participation providing psycho-social and related services for child victims of maltreatment and other supports for children in especially difficult circumstances.
OBJECTIVES
The main objectives of ANPPCAN-Ethiopia are:
- Protect children against abuse, neglect and exploitation
- Promote child rights
- Conduct studies of issues of child abuse and neglect
- Intervene in cases of child abuse and exploitation
- Advocate for legal, social and administrative changes to improve the well-being of children
